Frequently asked questions
Yes. Plans are sized by the number of students you manage. When you outgrow your plan, move up to the next one — your buildings, rooms, students and payment history stay exactly where they are.
Yes. Add separate boys and girls buildings, each with its own rooms organised floor by floor from the ground floor up. A building switcher in the header narrows the dashboard, students, rooms and expenses to one building or shows them all together. Multi-building support is included from the Growth plan.
Each student's due is their total payable minus what they have paid. Installments carry due dates and are marked Paid, Due, Overdue or Upcoming, and the dashboard lists every student with fees outstanding. Expenses such as salaries, electricity bills and maintenance are recorded by category and building, and roll into the Profit & Loss report. Due, collection and installment reports export to CSV.
Cash, UPI, bank transfer and cheque. Payments go into the bank or UPI account you name, or to the staff member who received the cash, and each one gets a receipt number and a downloadable PDF receipt. The software records payments you receive; it does not process online card payments.
Yes. Create roles such as Warden or Accountant and choose, module by module, whether they can view, create, edit, delete, collect payments or export reports. You can adjust a single user's access on top of their role, deactivate staff who leave, and require two-factor sign-in.
