Is the hotel management system cloud-based?
Yes. It runs in the web browser, so front desk, housekeeping and management can use it from any computer or phone with role-based access.
Does it include a restaurant and room service?
Yes. It has a built-in restaurant POS with food menus, and guests can order through room QR codes. Room-service charges are posted to the guest folio.
Does it connect to Booking.com, MakeMyTrip or other OTAs?
Not at present: there is no channel manager or OTA sync. Reservations are entered in the system, and partners or travel agents can book through the partner portal. Ask us if you need an OTA integration built.
Does it handle GST invoices?
Yes. Invoices use your GST configuration, and payments are recorded against them.
