Especially for girls' PGs, families expect you to know who stays where and how to reach them. Every resident's record holds her own and her guardian's phone numbers, joining date, building and room, with a log of every room transfer.
Rent, receipts and dues
Split rent into monthly or semester instalments with due dates, and see each one as paid, due, overdue or upcoming. Record UPI, bank, cash and cheque payments with the account or person that received them, and issue a numbered PDF receipt for every payment.
Caretakers with the right access
Give the caretaker at each property their own login and a role with only the access they need. They can register residents and collect rent; only you can delete records or export financial reports.
