They needed a property management system tailored to Indian hotels — GST-ready invoicing, role-based staff access, subscription billing for SaaS rollout — without the cost and rigidity of international PMS vendors.
Our solution
CSNexa delivered a full-stack Laravel 12 hotel management platform with typed enums, FormRequests, policies, and service-layer business logic. A visual room grid dashboard shows every room's live status (available, occupied, maintenance) with guest names, meal plans, and check-in/out dates on occupied cards. The booking engine includes availability checks, confirm/cancel/no-show workflows, booking vouchers, and CSV/print exports. An accounting module covers invoices, payments, expenses, day book, journal entries, chart of accounts, partner ledgers, P&L, trial balance, and balance sheet. Super Admin provisions hotels, subscription plans, and platform-wide support tickets.
